Giant Zucchini
When life gives you zucchini, make zucchini bread? We arrived home from our whirlwind tour of Austin, TX on Monday afternoon. There was a GIANT surprise waiting for us in the garden, two giant zucchini, one so giant that it made the smaller, but still huge zucchini look puny.
Next time we take a vacation out of town, gotta remember to have someone check the zucchini plant!
Now, I have to find a good zucchini bread recipe!The image above shows the zucchini with a large garlic bulb…. and below, with a large 9 month old baby (and I must say, after holding both, they felt around equal in weight!).
