Up up and away!
We’re off, on a fun filled vacation in Austin Texas! I was way more worried than I should have been about the whole airplane & baby scenario. As it turns out, she is an excellent baby passenger, perhaps the only on the leg to Austin that didn’t scream once (there was a 3 year old & a 6 month old in the row behind us, both had 5+ minute scream-a-thon’s which were quite painful, Etta kept looking concerned, and tried to crawl up and over the seat to sooth the babes)!
We arrived promptly, and were shocked at the wall of humidity that hit once we walked off the plane (even though Austin’s currently experiencing a cool spell).
Cooling off in the pool is our top priority tonight!
